This truly deserves more recognition. The quality of the content is very impressive. Although it should be a given, considering you're obviously very intelligent and extremely well-read. But that doesn't automatically mean that every intelligent person is good at writing, but you certainly are. Solid, insightful, and inspirational info & advice.
